Congratulations, you took a great first step in making your life a little simpler. You choose you or a loved one to receive the gift of clean!
Prior to your first cleaning, please be sure that you are clear about what service you want provided. Although we are more than willing to work with you and personalize services, clarity ahead of time helps our scheduling run smoothly. For example, if you would like us to ignore little details and do more clutter organizing/pickup, let us know so we can fill you in on where our time will mostly be spent. If you are hoping for a deep clean, please do your best to pick up clutter so we have more time for the cleaning.
If you would like a more time consuming project added to your scheduled time, such as the inside of the refrigerator, oven, or blinds, please let us know about a week prior so we can plan accordingly.
We bring all of our own supplies. We do stay as natural as possible, with the exceptions of a few chemical based products to fight the SD hard water that naturally leaves its mark. These are last resort and typically used in moderation.
When we are completed with the clean, you do not need to be present. You can expect an invoice to your cell phone via text. A link will be attached with an invoice and your total amount owed. You can then pay directly using credit card, Venmo OR mail a check (this is less frequent).
Please note, we are licensed with the state of South Dakota and pay sales tax quarterly as well as all employee taxes. You can expect a standard of 4.5%-6.5% tax dependent upon your location. Fresh Daisy Cleaning is an insured company and if you have any issues, you can be at peace that we are covered and so are you!

If for some reason you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours due to our tight schedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior, we will charge a $50 cancellation charge to protect our schedules and our time.
